We were born in July 2008 on a farm near Bloemfontein , where we lived happily until December 2008, when disaster struck. It was very dry at the time and food was scarce. The number of small antelope was low and our mother started preying on the farmers sheep, which was the only alternative, because of that our mother was shot and killed by the farm owner. He did however take pity on us, had us captured and we were sent to Daniell Cheetah Breeding Farm where we were taken in and cared for by kind people.
